              அண்ணாசாலை தலைமை அஞ்சலக வாயிலில் இன்று 05.09.2013 மதியம் 1.00 மணியளவில் அஞ்சல் மூன்று/ நான்கு சங்கங்கள் இணைந்து, தலைவர் தோழர் E . கிருபாகரன் தாமஸ் அவர்கள் தலைமையில் புதிய ஓய்வூதிய மசோதாவை எதிர்த்து மாபெரும் ஆர்பாட்டம் சிறப்பாக நடைபெற்றது.

              தோழர் E. சிட்டிபாபு அஞ்சல் மூன்றின்  துணை செயலர் வரவேற்புரை நிகழ்த்த, அஞ்சல் நான்கு மாநில செயலர் தோழர் V. ராஜேந்திரன் மற்றும் அஞ்சல் மூன்று மாநில நிதிசெயலரும், உதவி பொதுசெயலருமான தளபதி தோழர்           A. வீரமணி ஆகியோர் சிறப்புரை ஆற்றினர். தோழர் S. லோகநாதன் அஞ்சல் நான்கின் உதவிசெயலர் நன்றியுரை கூறினார்.

மத்திய/ மாநில அரசு ஊழியர்கள்/ ஆசிரியர் கூட்டமைப்பு  ஆகியவை    தொடர்ந்து  புதிய 

ஓய்வூதிய திட்டத்தை  எதிர்த்துவரும் நிலையிலும், மத்திய அரசு,  Pension Fund   

Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) bill -ஐ            

  நடப்பு பாராளுமன்ற  கூட்டத் தொடரில் பிடிவாதமாக நிறைவேற்றியுள்ளது.                           
அதனை எதிர்த்து நேற்று (04.09.2013) பாராளுமன்ற விவாத நேரத்தில் நமக்கு 

ஆதரவாக  தொழிலாளர் நலனில் அக்கறையுள்ள  பெருவாரியான பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள், 

பாராளுமன்றத்திலிருந்து  வெளிநடப்பு செய்திருக்கிறார்கள்.    

              

  எனவே நாமும் ஊழியர் விரோத PFRDA bill -ஐ எதிர்க்கும்   வகையில்   பாராளுமன்ற 

வெளிநடப்பு  நாளிலோ அல்லது அடுத்த நாளோ ஆர்பாட்டம்  நடத்திட மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர் 

மகா சம்மேளனம் விடுத்துள்ள அறைகூவலை ஏற்று, நம் அண்ணாசாலை கிளையின் சார்பாக 

இன்று (05.09.2013) மதியம் 1.00 மணிக்கு (sharp) உணவு இடைவேளை ஆர்பாட்டம் 

நடத்திட அனைவரையும் அலைகடலென ஆர்ப்பரித்து  வரும்படி கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.

TN  NFPE  COC  DECIDES  TO  HOLD  THE  PROGRAMME     ON  3^RD  SEPTEMBER 2013

     அன்புத் தோழர்களுக்கு வணக்கம். !  நம்முடைய மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர்  மகா சம்மேளனம் மற்றும்  நம்முடைய NFPE  சம்மேளனம் எடுத்த முடிவினை அமல் படுத்திட வேண்டி, 

           

           புதிய பென்ஷன் திட்டத்திற்கான மசோதா (PFRDA – PENSION FUND REGULATORY AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY) பாராளுமன்றத்தில்  எதிர் வரும் செப்டம்பர் 2 அன்று விவாதத்திற்கு எடுத்துக் கொள்ளப் படுவதால் , தமிழ் மாநில   NFPE  சம்மேளனத்தின்  கீழ்  உள்ள  உறுப்பு சங்கங்கள்   அடங்கிய தமிழ் மாநில  அஞ்சல் - RMS  இணைப்புக் குழுவின் சார்பாக  எதிர்வரும் 03.09.2013  அன்று  தமிழகம் தழுவிய அளவில்  இந்த அறைகூவலை ஏற்று  நடத்திட  வேண்டிக் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம். 

   அதே  தேதியில்  தமிழகத்தில் ,  சென்னை மாநகரில் உள்ள கோட்டங்கள் உட்பட, அனைத்து   தலைமை அஞ்சலக / கோட்ட அலுவலக வாயிலில் PFRDA  மசோதாவை எதிர்த்து  உணவு இடைவேளை  கண்டன ஆர்ப்பாட்டமோ  அல்லது  மாலை நேர கண்டன ஆர்ப்பாட்டமோ தவறாமல் நடத்திட வேண்டுகிறோம்.

     தமிழக அஞ்சல் மூன்றின் மாநிலத் தலைவரும் மாநிலச் செயலரும்   மதுரை கோட்டச் சங்கங்கள் ஏற்று நடத்திடும் ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தில் அதே தேதியில் கலந்து கொள்வார்கள்  என்று அறிவிக்கிறோம். 

    

     இதற்கான செய்திகளை பத்திரிகை மற்றும்  தொலைக் காட்சி ஊடகங்களுக்கு தவறாமல் அளித்து மத்திய அரசின் கவனத்தை ஈர்த்திட வேண்டுகிறோம்.

Eventhough full details of the proposed Post Bank of India is not made public, it is learnt that

(1) Post Bank will be a public sector Bank under the control of Department of Posts as a subsidiary organization. It will function as a Bank separately, just like any other public sector Banks. All Banking Rules and Regulations will be equally applicable to Post Bank also.

(2) Recruiting personnel for running the Bank will be done in the same manner as being done by public sector Banks. Open market recruitment will be made. Existing Postal Employees will not be considered for appointment in the Post Bank.

(3) The Post office Savings Bank will remain as it is and do business as is being done now. Post Bank will be a separate entity.

(4) Full details are yet to be published.

UOI SLP against Pre-2006 Pensioners dismissed by Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court has dismissed the SLP (Civil) 23055/2013 filed by Union of India against Delhi High Court judgement in pre-2006 pensioners casein WP 1535/2012 upholding the CAT PB judgement and Delhi High Court judgement. The above SLP came up for hearing on 29/7/2013 and the apex court dismissed the SLP on the same day.

Pensioners will now get arrears w.e.f. 1/1/2006 if their revised pension was fixed at less than 50% percent of the minimum of the pay in the pay band including grade pay thereon in the revised scale corresponding  to the pre-revised pay scale from which the pensioner has retired.

JUDGEMENT :

UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following order :

“We are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the High Court. Consequently, the special leave petitions are dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to raise all points before the Tribunal as and when the appeal”.

Details/Pattern of Postal/Sorting Assistant (PA/SA) Phase-II Exam 2013 (Computer/Typing Test)

Now as Postal Department started publishing the List of Shortlisted Candidates for Paper-II based on the performance in Paper-I(Aptitude Test), its time now to understand the details of Paper-II (Computer Typing/Data Entry Test) & Practice it.

Results of Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Assam, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, North East, Odisha, West Bengal and Kerala Postal Circles already stands published in the official website.

Results of Delhi, Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Bihar, Haryana, Himanchal Pradesh and Rajasthan Circles are expected soon.

Pattern of Paper-II (Computer / Typing Test):

The Typing Test shall be for a duration of 30 minutes (15 minutes each for Typewriting and data entry) consisting of one passage of 450 words in English or 375 words in Hindi to be typed with a minimum speed of 30/25 words per minute respectively & Data entry of some figures and letters each carrying equal marks on Computers.

The typing test and test of data entry operations will be conducted on Computer key board but not on type writer.

Note: The final merit shall be prepared on the basis of the aggregate marks obtained by the Applicants in the Aptitude Test (Paper I) only subject to their qualifying in Computer/Typing test ( Paper II). ie, there will be no marks for Typing/Data entry test. You have to just qualify the minimum criteria in Paper-2 and final merit list shall be prepared on the basis of marks of Paper-I only.
